My Philosophy

Teachers can only teach what they know. Remember the teachers that thought the world was flat? Well, this is what I know. I had to create my own perspective by questioning what I thought I knew. And by doing so, these magical truths popped up. I invite you to question what you know and question what I offer here. Take with you what resonates, and pass over what doesn’t. We experience the Power of Awareness by exploring beyond what we know.

These are my Truths:

1. There is One Source of All That Is. And All Is One with that Source.
2. The Source of All That Is experiences All That Is through you and me.
3. Source is the Energy of Love.
4. Our life’s purpose is to “remember” Truth #1.
5. Question everything that is mind-made.
6. The mind divides. The heart unites.
The only thing that separates us, from ourselves, from others, and from Source, is our Belief System (Our BS is our individual perspective of truth.)
7. Peace is in the balance.
8. Within us is our True teacher.
9. Life is meant to be a fun adventure.
10. Enlightenment happens when Mind-Body-Soul are in Alignment with Source.

After the Spiritual Awakening I began to undergo, when I was 41, which literally turned my life up-side-down; I began questioning what I knew. Deep within me, what I thought I knew about life, I didn’t really believe.

So off I went on an adventure that lead me to uncover my Truths. I studied many religions, spiritual teachings, philosophies, scientific discoveries, and the perspectives of many individuals.

I’m very grateful to each of them because they each guided me to my own Truths. You see, I recognized my Truths, when I remembered that I already knew what these teachers were sharing, albeit from their own individual perspectives.

But what I discovered next was bigger than I could have imagined. Each concept I learned, lead me to the Center of Truth, the biggie, that we are all One.

We are all an individual expression of the One Source of All That Is. The Source of All That Is experiences All That Is through you and me. Do you remember Einstein’s simple formula: E = mc2? In physics, the equation E=mc2 indicates that energy always exhibits mass in whatever form the energy takes. Think about it: If Source is Energy, and we are all One, then we are all the physical matter of the One Energy of Love! Woo-hoo!

Then I expanded my perspective even more and saw how all of life has opposites: birth and death, up and down, high and low, rich and poor, day and night, cold and hot, wet and dry, good & bad and on it goes. Whew! I realized that it was my judgment, that my beliefs were right which made opposite beliefs wrong, that caused my separation from others. I recognized that the only reason I ever experience suffering, is when I am judging. Because in that space – in separation – I’m no longer part of The One. It became so clear: The mind divides. But that is what unaware minds do!

This is when things got topsy-turvy. This new perspective bumped up against my old beliefs, and those beliefs created the mind-made identity structure my ego operated under. You can imagine the discomfort I experienced: so what I thought was right wasn’t really right after all? You mean I’ve been wrong about life all along? Oh, no! In order to know my True Self, as Source, I had to face who I had become: an unconscious person looking for love and approval outside of myself. Before remembering my Truth, I had to first de-construct who I was not: my mind-made self. Ouch! That caused my ego to kick and scream and its voice in my head got really, really, loud.

With this much awareness, I couldn’t go back to being unconscious and that’s how I stumbled upon inner peace: I accepted what is when I removed my judgment and recognized that all of our beliefs are True, from our own individual perspective. Wow! I just needed to find the perspective that was most comfortable for me. And I found that peace is in the balance of opposites.

Because of my determination to reach Inner Peace, to be Love, to be One with Source, I took everything I was learning, and deliberately practiced being spiritual, until I experienced true transformation: I became whole when I stopped being separate within myself and from others. I learned to love myself so much, that anything short of this transformation was not acceptable to me. This is when I discovered within me is my own True teacher, for only I could take me inside my mind in order to deconstruct the BS (Belief System) my ego had been conditioned to protect. Amazingly, it wasn’t as bad as my ego made it out to be. And there I stood, determined ol’ me, in front of the pearly gates. Ever since I walked into the Kingdom of Heaven, which lies within, my life has been forever transformed. In a really, really good way!

Another one of my truths is that I experience a state of being, often called enlightenment, when my mind, body and soul are in alignment with Source. In this space, when I am One with Source, Source experiences life through me, talk about a fun adventure! To date, I haven’t fully mastered always allowing myself to experience enlightenment. But, with daily practice, what I can do now, very quickly, is observe my mind judging, and without judging it, I shift and lift right back into alignment.

And like all spiritual teachers before me, whose shoulders I stood on as they pointed me toward my Truth, I invite you to stand on my shoulders, after you take your shoes of, please, and take from my teachings what resonates with you.

With love and gratitude I thank you for allowing me to share this moment with you. I know when you find your Truth, you too will share it with others. I promise, you won’t be able to keep it to yourself because the heart's job is to unite us through Truth.

You are Magnificent!
